Shipping and Cancellation Policy
Overview
You will receive a shipping details with the relevant tracking information upon dispatch of your order. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours till payment is confirmed before your order can be shipped.
It is important to ensure that all information entered at checkout is correct as this may not be possible to change at a later stage.
We do not take responsibility for delays caused by courier companies or postal services. Unfortunately some circumstances are beyond our control.
Once your order has been dispatched to the courier company it is not possible to cancel your order and from that point in time we can no longer accept back your order. In the event that a shipment could not be delivered, it can not be returned and there will not be any refund to the customer. For these reasons make sure all information at checkout is relevant and up to date.
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In case your package has been damaged or broken, do not accept it and report the event to the courier company and to us.
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
